YOGA THERAPY
What is Yoga Therapy?
The International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT) defines Yoga Therapy as the process of empowering
individuals to progress toward improved health and well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of Yoga.
Yoga therapy works 1:1 with clients in a safe container utilizing Yoga tools and wisdom to help create balance through
all layers of being: physical, emotional and spiritual and lifestyle habits to create less suffering and more joy.
Together, we will develop a plan to empower individuals to create a life they want to life.
It is individualized based on person’s needs.
