This is a 65 minute mixture of traditional Bikram yoga and vinyasa power flow. Led by educated and trained teachers, each body bending, mind centering, heart expanding session aims to increase flexibility, mobility and restore balance – all while you sweat out toxins and increase your blood flow in a heated room. Devi Hot/Warm is taught with two heating options; Hot (115) and Warm (100) and is a set sequence allowing you to build confidence with each practice. Escape the mind and move the body in this beautifully sequenced class like no other.
The word Vinyasa in Sanskrit literally means “to place in a special way”. Vinyasa speaks to that part of our practice where we are deliberate
with our yoga. Truly placing everything in a very special way. Linking breath to movement, flowing with the music, weaving in beautiful themes that create a soulful journey. Vinyasa is creative, it is dynamic and always changing. Each week you will go on a journey with your instructor, your yoga and yourself. The WARM class is heated to approximately 100 degrees the HOT approximately 115.
